Last night we went out for an early dinner and ended up talking to our server about the business for quite a while. We are hopeful he will coming to Feb. 22 event.
Becky spent most of today at Karen's helping with the class she is doing

I will be contacting more people to fill my available time. I will make at least 5 calls today. I have an appt. at 4:45 today with a new member who is interested in the business opportunity!

Here are the notes from Monday nights call on Sponsoring with Jane Pederson
Sponsoring is a mindset we have to think that we will find them as we go about our day
· It is not what should I say but rather what should I ask
· Listen for needs that you can help them with
· Act as if you are confident
· Make eye contact, smile and express interest in them. Find a common ground to talk about (FORM) family, occupation, recreation,
· Get their number and call for an appointment
· Once sponsored get them in a system (First Steps, Shaklee university, etc…)
· Gold Ambassador program is best deal for anyone who is even remotely interested in the business
Also here are the notes on what people shared as to why they were participating in Team Up:
Mike and Becky - To grow our busines with the goal of becoming Key Coordinators by June. To help others in our group attain their goals for business growth and realize their full potential personal development

We all agreed to do 5 calls a day to customers and/or leads asking for specific referrals. We all commited to talk to at least one person a day about the business/products.

I am looking into myself to find ways to improve ME to help others improve their lives!
I am filling my open time with new people to join my family business!
I will continue to call people to follow up and book appointments. Will be calling a member to place an order. They prefer going through me rather than the internet. A fine issue to have!

Spent the day on taxes, the good news is our business income increased 10% in 2007!

Personal Affirmation - I have quality products that people need that will bring good health to their home and our environment. I work for a company that has integrity that people can trust and will keep them coming back again.

We apologize for not being on the blog today. We had to go to an out of town funeral unexpectedly and were gone most of the day. We will get back on track tomorrow.

Followup with New member who received the Get Clean kit (Betty)
Followup with Tina who also recently received her Get Clean kit
I signed up a new member at the dentist office. Isn't God good?? I couldn't believe as this young girl who looks like she is about to give birth any second, tells me that she can't poop! Her words not mine.......... (she is very funny) so that started the story about Shaklee and Herb Lax and before I know it she says get me the Vitalizer because I about to run out of the prenatal vitamins. I didn't know they were so expensive - they cost around $50.00 so I said you know you definitely need to be on Vitalizer as it is so good for pregnant moms and the folic acid, Omega 3's etc. Everyone in the office is now listening to us (she works there). I told them to take their vitamins they currently have and soak them in water. If they don't dissolve after 20-30 minutes, you might as well throw them away. Well I just got off the phone with Lynette (who is my new member) and she said she soaked her vitamins and they have been sitting in water for 1 1/2 hr and hardly did anything! If Lynette is happy maybe the others will follow (2 more in the office).

Today's activities: Today, I am meeting with a customer about her health. I am calling at least five people to invite them to the Feb. 22 meeting. I am having a strategy session with one of my Business Builders. I am going to a networking gathering tonight with Mike.

I am thrilled about signing a new member and improving the health of them and their family!
I am diligently re-filling my 4 appts. that cancelled this week. Affirming that all the set backs are an important part of training myself to become stronger and better with filling a schedule quickly as unexpected changes occur!

I will be meeting with a lady in the morning about cinch and then a lady in the afternoon to do a makeover. I then have at least three phone calls and two emails that I will be doing to various possibilities.

Business affirmation - I want to actively look for business builders by making sure that I tell all of my customers that I am looking for people to join me in my business to help spread the word about all that our company offers.
Activities tomorrow:
Prepare email to send to potential new customer who is a psychologist and is looking for good vitamins. (she just wants email to start before I can call her). This will take some time to word it just right and include the right links for her to check out.
Sending email on additional uses for Basic H2 to all my customers. (Found some different ones from an older Shaids newsletter).
Prepare invitations for Healthy Home Party (TBD Feb Sunday 17)
Make phone call to my uncle to get him on Vitalizer
Send email to customers asking for referral and offering an additional Bakers Coupon for those who join and place a $50 order.

Becky had a get clean instruction phone call this morning and has a cinch phone call this afternoon. Mike attended a networking meeting this morning and is following up on some contacts.
Today I will positively impact others who are within my sphere of influence and inspire them to higher endeavors.
