I will be contacting more people to fill my available time. I will make at least 5 calls today. I have an appt. at 4:45 today with a new member who is interested in the business opportunity!

Here are the notes from Monday nights call on Sponsoring with Jane Pederson
Sponsoring is a mindset we have to think that we will find them as we go about our day
· It is not what should I say but rather what should I ask
· Listen for needs that you can help them with
· Act as if you are confident
· Make eye contact, smile and express interest in them. Find a common ground to talk about (FORM) family, occupation, recreation,
· Get their number and call for an appointment
· Once sponsored get them in a system (First Steps, Shaklee university, etc…)
· Gold Ambassador program is best deal for anyone who is even remotely interested in the business
Also here are the notes on what people shared as to why they were participating in Team Up:
Mike and Becky - To grow our busines with the goal of becoming Key Coordinators by June. To help others in our group attain their goals for business growth and realize their full potential personal development
Karen - Build momentum, feel part of team, learn from each other, grow business
Hattie and Paul - Gather ideas from others on the team as to how to contact people and close the sale
Sandi - Set the example as a leader, learn from others, build sponoring activity towards Hawaii trip
Stu - Learn from others and know that I am not out there alone
Susan - Jump start business activity, open up mind to other possibilities and build momentum
We all agreed to do 5 calls a day to customers and/or leads asking for specific referrals. We all commited to talk to at least one person a day about the business/products.
