Imagine waking up, walking into your work location, and being greeted with: Affirmations for Success, Gratefulness, Open ears to hear how your day went yesterday, Open ears to hear about your planned activites for the day, and a Supporting Cheer to send you on your way!! And you might not have even taken off your PJ's yet!
Well, that is exactly what can happen for you and several other of our excited Team Members every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning from June 13 through July 30. That's right! About seven weeks of active support from people you will grow to appreciate more and more each day.
Dial: 1-605-990-0001, then 438695# at 8:00 AM. The call will only last about 15 or 20 minutes. Just enough time for you to become even more energized and motivated to get about the work of building your wonderful Business!
Here is the blitzing format…. It is really a powerful practice to put in place for success.
We decided to call it Motivational Calls… as they really are inspiring for everyone on the call.

Motivational Calls FORMAT
Purpose: To create your day in a Positive State of Mind with Affirmations
To affirm your goals and be grateful for what you have
To clear your concerns and acknowledge the previous day’s results
Hold each other Accountable for producing Results
Bond with your team and support each other
Reach your Monthly Goals, 90 day plan, and your “Why”
Our Motivational Calls are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8 AM (Eastern Standard Time)
1. Share one Affirmation for Success (I am so happy and fortunate now that I easily generate 5000pv a month)
2. Share one thing you are grateful for in your life
3. Say what you did the previous day by acknowledging what you did or did not do
Example: “Yesterday I said I would do X – What I did was X"
4. Say as specifically as possible what you will do for the current day:
Possible Activities:
Calls – How many calls will you make and how many people will you reach and what will the outcome of the conversations be:
Ex: “I will call 8 people, reach 4 people and schedule 1 home party and 2 new member Appointments and 1 Bus Opportunity appointment.”
New Members – “I will sponsor ____ people today”
PV Goal – “I will generate _____PV today”
If you are leading or hosting an event – you could promise – how many guests and what the result will be ie: PV, New Members, Interested in Business
Specific Product Sales – 3 Cleaning Kits, 1 Air Purifier, etc, etc
How many new people you will speak to “I will reach 3 new people today”
Meetings or Events you go to and a possible results ie: “I’m going to the Chamber of Commerce Meeting – I will speak to 5 people and schedule 2 appointments.”
New Member Orientation Appointments - either how many you will schedule or if you are doing one – a possible result – PV, Book a party etc, get a referral
Referrals generated from current members “Everyone I speak to I will request referrals and generate 5 new leads”
Downline Results – ie: results you will cause for your downline builders or business leaders
Remember – This is a game you are making up for the day – you either will win or lose – there’s nothing wrong – opportunity is to play full out and then look to see what you did and did not do. Acknowledgement allows you to be complete and move on.
Also valuable to look to see what was missing that the result did not get produced. Ie: What stopped you – thought, circumstance, feeling etc, etc or what you could have done differently that would have produced a different result. You can share this on the call and share what affirmation you have now created.
