Responsibilities – Who does What

Host creates an invite in the form of a letter or flyer and personally delivers it and asks guests to attend their Open House. Host follows up with guests to see who will be attending the day before the event.

Host is responsible for the product display, PSG’s, Catalog’s and order forms and a drawing item, drinks and a healthy snack.

The Upline is responsible for creating excitement, bringing a beautiful Red Ribbon and Permanent marker, a gift for the Host and a Company Pin to pin them.

I give a $25.00 gift certificate to anyone that signs up to host a party (to be used at their party).

The Open House Begins

Host: Welcome/thank-you for coming, introduce Upline.

Upline: Thank guests for their support of the new business. Tell My Story (5 min)

Upline: Invite everyone to take part in the cutting of the wide RED ribbon and pinning. Take a Picture. Have the guests sign the ribbon for the host to keep as a remembrance of their Open House. Applause is welcome.

Show the Bonus Plan you use and explain PV.

Explain how they can by products for their home and earn a bonus every month. Invite guests to use the order form to make a wish list of products they are interested in.

Have them fill out the Membership Application: Name, Address, Phone, E-mail to use for a drawing (When they decide to be a member they just sign and put SS# or Drivers saves time at the end and you then have their info to follow-up if they so not do membership that night)
